Any personal information provided to this website is retained solely for the purposes of the sale of your tyres and shipping. No information will be distributed to any third parties other than the use of distribution of product or required by law. 

The information within this website is subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to ensure the information is accurate.  

All prices shown are for the tyres individually, inclusive of GST and prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Discount is normally off the recommended retail price (RRP), and it only applies on the selected items. Promotion may end without notice. 

All freight costs and fitting services are the responsibility of the customer. The fitting charge is for standard fitments only – anything additional / unusual will need to be discussed and paid directly to the fitter. 

Can I collect my tyres from your warehouse? Due to Health & Safety regulations we do not offer a pick ups service.

Nationwide fitting service is available for Car, SUV’s, 4×4, Mud tyres.

All items listed are subject to availability and are updated accordingly. If the item you ordered has been sold out or is unavailable for some reason, TyreShopOnline will contact you and offer an alternative product or refund to your account in full any money you have paid. 

Tyre Shop Online only sells new tyres. We do not sell second-hand, used tyres, faulty or any damaged tyres to our customers. 

All pictures shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to the photo enhancement. Rim not included with purchase. 

You must satisfy yourself that any product purchased from TyreShopOnline is suitable for the purposes for which you require and TyreShopOnline is under no liability if they are not. 

Please check your goods upon receiving them and contact us immediately if it appears that the goods do not match your order or if any of the item/s are faulty/damaged. 

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, the goods shall be deemed to be acceptable in all respects. However, manufacturing warranties will still apply. 

Return of wrongly ordered goods will be accepted at our discretion. Freight charges, a re-stocking fee and administration fee will apply. 
   
Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are beyond our control. Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund. 

The manufacturers do not offer any warranty for Extreme 4×4 and Racing tyres. This is due to the nature of driving and excessive stresses and/or abuse these tyres are generally subject to (excluding any manufacturing fault, which will generally show up during the initial inspection, fitment and test drive – please contact us immediately upon noticing any such fault). 

All other product warranties will become void if the product has been tampered with, damaged by accident or damaged in any other way due to improper use. 

In no event shall TyreShopOnline be liable where products have not been used for the purpose for which they are designed, including damage to cases or tread as of consequence of misuse. 

All tyres are warranted for normal / proper use only. This warranty will become void if the tyres are used for any of the following: 

  • Any type of race driving (on or off-road), 
  • Track racing, rally racing and drifting, 
  • Any extreme or severe off-road driving, 
  • Any driving which has caused damage to the case and/or tread blocks (including under inflation of the tyres or poorly maintained vehicle suspension). 
  • Any unauthorised modifications to the vehicle that are not in conformity with the manufacturer’s specifications. 
  • If the vehicle is not roadworthy in accordance with NZ road regulations. 

In no event shall TyreShopOnline be liable, whether in contract, in tort or on any other basis, for any damages sustained by any organisation or person arising from or related to loss of use, failure or interruption in the operation of any item, or for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or liabilities or for loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption or any item. 

Title to goods is retained by TyreShopOnline until full payment has been received. TyreShopOnline or their agent may enter buyer premises without liability to repossess or recover goods. TyreShopOnline reserves the right to charge late payment fees and collection costs on overdue accounts. 

Until title to goods is passed to the customer, the customer shall hold those goods as TyreShopOnline’s bailee, and return those goods to TyreShopOnline on request. 

If tyres are purchased through our website using a fraudulent card without the authority of the card holder Tyre Shop Online will be entitled to collect payment via a collection agency and this includes all costs with this collection. 

TyreShopOnline’s responsibility is for the safe delivery of the goods to the address provided by you and to deliver the tyres you have ordered in good condition. 

We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of tyres or goods if you provide an incorrect delivery address or contact information – please double check your order. 

All deliveries are by third party agents. Any lost or damage by third party delivery agents are the responsibility of this agent. Any and all claims for lost orders are the responsibility of the third-party agent.  Tyre Shop Online will endeavor to assist with the claim process to the best of our ability for any lost or damaged orders. 

If necessary, we can track goods to your chosen delivery address and provide proof of delivery. 

Delivery is available within New Zealand only. However, any orders outside New Zealand must be sent to sales@tyreshoponline.co.nz for more information. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Residential Rural Delivery Addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a current and accurate delivery address.

Goods are dispatched once funds have cleared.  

Delivery times are nearly always achieved however circumstances may occur when it takes longer than usual and this is beyond our control. 

TyreShopOnline shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products for any cause beyond our control. 

This policy in no way seeks to counter any consumer right as guaranteed through New Zealand law.
